How do I take part in the Oppo 'Love me or I'm Free' Money back guarantee offer?
To take part in this promotion and qualify for your money back will need to;
  • Purchase a qualifying Oppo Ice cream tub or multipack sticks featuring a promotional sticker within the promotional period 19th May 2021 - 11th August 2021.
  • Try the product and if you are not satisfied, visit the promotional website www.oppobrothers.com/mbg and complete the online claim form, with the following:
    • Complete your personal details including full name, email address, bank account number and sort code, flavour purchased and the name of the store you purchased from.
    • Upload a photograph of your pack clearly showing the promotional sticker.
    • Upload an image of your itemised till receipt showing purchase of a qualifying Oppo product. The receipt must also clearly show the retailer name, receipt number and date of purchase.
    • Tell us the reason you were not satisfied with the product in 15 words or more.
  • Once the claim has been processed you will receive your money back to the bank account you provided within 28 days.
  • Please ensure you submit your claim no later than 24th August 2021.
My promotional tub sticker has a claim by date of 24th August 2020. Can I still claim?
Yes, you have until the 24th August 2021 to submit your claim. It has come to our attention that some of the promotional tubs featured stickers stating a 2020 claim by date. We have corrected this and apologise for any confusion.

Do I need to keep my receipt?
Yes, you will need your receipt in order to claim your money back. Please keep your original itemised till receipt until you have received your money back as it may be required for further verification.
I have purchased more than one Oppo product, can I make a claim for each product?
Unfortunately, the Oppo 'Love me or I'm Free' Money back guarantee offer is limited to one claim per email address and per bank account. Please note that claims are limited to one per till receipt regardless of the number of Oppo products purchased.

How will I know if my claim is valid?
After submitting your details on the promotion website, you will receive an email confirming whether your application was valid or invalid within 14 days.
My till receipt has been rejected, what should I do?

Sorry to hear your till receipt has been rejected. Please check the email you received for further instructions on how to rectify your claim.

Unfortunately, till receipts may only be used once regardless of the number of Oppo products purchased. Please ensure that your till receipt has not already been used in a valid claim by another member of your household before attempting to resubmit your claim.

Invalid date/Invalid purchase date

Receipts are only valid if they are dated between 19th May 2021 and 11th August 2021. Unfortunately, you will be ineligible if you purchased your Oppo product outside of these dates.

Did not purchase qualifying Items

The till receipt image provided doesn't show purchase of a qualifying Oppo product from a participating retailer. Please revisit www.oppobrothers.com/mbg to resubmit your claim, ensuring the image clearly shows the purchase of an Oppo product, the name of the store and the date purchased.

Not a full receipt/ Not legible

Unfortunately, some details were missing or unreadable on the image you provided. Please check the image you provided and ensure that the entire receipt is legible from top to bottom, including all four corners. For longer receipts, scan or take pictures in sections and select them all when uploading. Please make sure that the store name, date of purchase, receipt number and product are legible in your image(s) and revisit www.oppobrothers.com/mbg to resubmit your claim.
